The lower right quadrant represents those features that are important to the customer but in which iteraplan underperforms.
In the lower left quadrant are those features that are important to the customer and in which iteraplan meets expectations.
The upper right quadrant contains those features which are of lesser importance and iteraplan doesn’t perform particularly well. These features can take a lower priority.
In the upper left quadrant are those items which are of lower importance to the customer but in which iteraplan overperforms.
The ideal is to have all features located on the importance/achievement diagonal shown as the shaded line of squares, where iteraplan is doing pretty well.
